Do you have questions about one of our models, the different options or prices? Would you like us to think along with you or would you like to make an appointment to view our mini-showroom? Would you like to know more about the progress after your order? Then feel free to contact us! If you are not satisfied with a product, our service or customer friendliness, you can also contact us. You can submit a complaint to us about what you are not satisfied with. You can send us your complaint by email. We will then send you a confirmation of receipt of your complaint within a few days. We will respond to your complaint substantively within at least 14 days and look for a suitable solution.
Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague ( www.sgc.nl ). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform ( http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ )
